We ensure that Subzi Mandi is selling everything at the store prices and for that they have hired a delivery company that charges a flat fee of $15/ order. This applies to all the customers for every order. The delivery fee is not a tip and we do encourage all our customers to tip the driver (if possible).
Yes, the prices on GroceryRoute provided by any vendor are the same as that you would be able to buy them in the store.
Price gouging occurs when a seller increases the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair. Usually, this event occurs after a demand or supply shock. Even though GroceryRoute is not responsible for setting up the prices of individual products and the prices are set up by individual merchants, we have very strict policies against price gouging and we do not support this unethical practice. if you do find a product that you believe that a merchant is charging more for, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are a software company and did the project as a community service project in the time of Covid-19. The service charges of 8.9% are put on the subtotal of your order to support our software/ hardware and customer services.
